2023 Continuing Education Requirements for ALL licensees:

All active licensees are required to complete seven (7) hours of continuing education in 2023. Brokers and salespersons have different course requirements.

ALL LICENSEES:
1 hour – Limiting Risk to Preserve personal safety for agents and Clients

FOR PRINCIPAL BROKERS AND EXECUTIVE BROKERS:
6-Hour Required Supervising Broker Course

3-Hour Required Salesperson Best Practices Course
3-Hour Elective CE Course
Salespersons may NOT take the 6-hour Supervising Broker course.

ASSOCIATE BROKERS (ABs) MAY ELECT TO TAKE EITHER TRACK SHOWN ABOVE.
If ABs aspire to become a supervising broker, it is highly recommended that the Broker Track be taken.
