Military Applicants

In accordance with Act 820 of 2019, which requires occupational licensing agencies to provide for automatic licensure for active duty service members, returning military veterans and their spouses to engage in their chosen professions, the Arkansas Real Estate Commission has promulgated new Rule 4.5, which will be effective November 1, 2020.
