2024 Continuing Education Requirements for ALL licensees

All active licensees are required to complete seven (7) hours of continuing education in 2024.

REQUIRED FOR ALL LICENSEES:
1 hour – Limiting Risk to Preserve personal safety for agents and clients.

Licensees may choose to take one or both of the following REQUIRED courses in 2024:
2024 AREC Property Management Course – 3 HOURS
2024 AREC Commercial Real Estate Course – 3 HOURS

For those licensees who choose to take only one of the 3-hour required courses shown above, an elective 3-hour continuing education course must be completed in 2024.
