2023 ANNUAL REQUIRED TOPICS
All active licensees are required to complete seven (7) hours of continuing education in 2023. Brokers and salespersons have different course requirements.
ALL LICENSEES:
1 hour – Limiting Risk to Preserve personal safety for agents and Clients
FOR PRINCIPAL BROKERS AND EXECUTIVE BROKERS:
6-Hour Required Supervising Broker Course
FOR SALESPERSONS:
3-Hour Salesperson Best Practices Course
3-Hour Elective CE Course
Salespersons may NOT take the 6-hour Supervising Broker course.
ASSOCIATE BROKERS (ABs) MAY ELECT TO TAKE EITHER TRACK SHOWN ABOVE.
For ABs who aspire to become a supervising broker, it is highly recommended that the Broker Track be taken.

10. Real Estate Law (i.e., Antitrust, Misrepresentation, Megan’s Law, etc.)
11. Fair Housing
12. Property Management and Landlord-Tenant Relationships
13. Environmental & Hazardous Substances Issues (e.g. Lead-Based Paint, Mold – Federal Requirements)
14. Sustainable Building Practices
15. Home Inspections and Property Condition Issues (Inspection & Repair Clauses, Disclosure, Material Facts)
