Synopsis: Respondent Dual Agent failed to encourage their Buyer client to have a home inspection and failed to ensure the contract was written in accordance with the Buyer’s wishes. The Buyer did not intend to purchase the property AS IS WHERE IS and believed items previously discovered in a home inspection were repaired or corrected. The Complainant and Respondent reached a settlement in regard to restitution.
