Sanction(s): He is to pay a $250.00 penalty to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. He shall complete the thirty hour AREC Broker post-license course within 120 days of the date of this order.

On June 25, 2013, Respondent Milburn was found guilty of a disorderly conduct charge in Garland County, Arkansas.
Respondent Milburn failed to report the above action within thirty (30) days of that conviction.
