Sanctions: Kimberly Latrice Santos - Revocation of Broker License. Ms. Santos shall retain a salesperson license.
Executive Director Alford will assist with finding a replacement broker for Ms. Santos’s offices. Ms. Santos shall
take the broker pre-license test and broker post-license education course.
Synopsis: Respondent Broker failed to protect the interest of her Buyer client by allowing the Buyer’s niece to
e-sign documents related to the transaction. The Buyer alleged she did not wish to purchase the property but
agreed to the purchase based upon the Respondent’s promise to make repairs.
